2. Conclusion of the contract
The description of our commodities cannot be seen as a binding contract offer. By ordering via Internet, fax, phone or e-mail at our company, the customer submits an offer. We reserve the right to accept this offer. The acceptance is affected by the delivery of the goods. The customer can cancel the order at any time before the goods have been shipped as well as up to 30 days after the goods have been delivered (see below for return details).
a) The itemised prices include the legal VAT. The shipping expenses are charged up extra and will be shown separately on the bill.
4. Consignment and delivery expenses
We are usually shipping with UPS, to some countries with the Postal Service. The delivery to the different European countries is effected according to our list of shipping expenses.
5. Delivery times and disposability
a) We always try to execute the delivery as fast as possible. The products in stock will usually be shipped same day we receive the payment, if the payment is received by 2mp central European time. If the delivery cannot be immediately executed because the products are not in stock we will declare a delay in delivery - no payment is needed before your order is ready to ship.
a) Cash in advance: The amount of money is transferred to our bank account. We will deliver the merchandise as soon as the money is received in our account - a payment usually takes about 1-2 working days to get to us.
b) Cash on delivery (only possible to Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg): The customer pays in cash the amount of the bill plus 5 € of C.O.D charge when the deliverer (UPS) supplies the commodity.
c) Payment via PayPal: PayPal is an online payment service with which you can pay fast and safely for your purchases. We only accept Paypal payments from European countries.
a) Cash in advance: The amount of money is transferred to our bank account. We will deliver the merchandise as soon as the money is received in our account.
a) You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
b) After receiving the unit back in original condition, we will send you a full refund of the product price (usually same day), the shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. For Export out of the EU, any local duty and VAT charges are to be paid by the customer.

8. Warranty and Liability
a) In the case of a flaw of the purchased goods, the customer has the right to reparation of the defect goods. Within the first three months after the purchase we will usully exchange the unit (if stock available).
b) We're offering 3 years and are also very accommodating after the warranty period. For second hand / b-stock goods the limitation period is six months after delivery.
c) Any problems of guarantee and liability have to be arranged directly with the G66 GmbH.
d) The liability for an attack on the life, the body or the health of a person due to delinquent behaviour is not affected by these general terms and conditions. This also concerns the obligatory responsibility according to the law of product liability and other mandatory legal requirements regarding the liability without fault.
e) The warranty does not include any other right than a repair of the defect as mentioned above.
f) The rendered service does not lead to a prolongation or a new beginning of the guarantee.
9. Damage during transport and obvious flaws
If clients recognise damages of the packaging or the content of the parcel when receiving the merchandise they should immediately make a claim at the transport company and refuse the receipt. Please inform us right away:

10. Reservation of title
The merchandise remains our property until the complete payment of the price and the forwarding expenses.
G66 GmbH informs the purchaser that the data registered during the conclusion of the contract are collected, processed and used by the G66 GmbH for the fulfilment of its duties according to the legal requirements. These data can also be transmitted to authorised and well-selected partners of the G66 GmbH GmbH to check the creditworthiness of the client. Your data will exclusively be used for these purposes and will not be transmitted to third persons.
12. Purview and applicable legislation
These general terms and conditions are exclusively valid for the business connection between G66 GmbH GmbH and the customer. For any disagreement which might occur please get in contact with us to find an appropriate solution. In the case of litigation only the local court of Flensburg, Germany will be competent. Only the legislation of the Federal Republic of German is valid. The agreement of the United Nations on contracts about the international purchase of goods is not valid.
